In the course of application and other loan processes, borrowers will need to forward personal information, which at times will be sensitive. UK Holiday Loans, under the Data Protection Act of 1998 is responsible to protect the information from being used in an unauthorised manner. All the uses of the personal information must be brought to the notice of the borrower. The prime use to which personal information is put to is to find appropriate deals for the borrowers. Unless otherwise required by any legal body or Court of Law, we will not pass the information to any third party, particularly any marketing company. We will, however, pass on personal information to our sister concerns and partner lenders.
